Smoked salmon + roasted apple cream, avocado and plantain chips

INGREDIENTS:

For the cream.

  • 2 roasted apples
  • 1 large avocado
  • 1 lime
  • 1 pinch of salt and black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons of Arbequina oil

For the garnish.

  • Plantain chips
  • Slice of smoked salmon
  • Avocado strips
  • Capers and corn

PREPARATION:

STEP BY STEP: Step 1: Mash all the ingredients of the cream and let it rest for 1 hour in the refrigerator *Rectify salt and pepper to taste. Step 2: Cut the salmon into cubes, the banana into thin slices and bake them (Airfryer 8 min), also the avocado into cubes or strips.
