Entrant of cucumber yogurt and EVOO Pago de Valdecuevas

INGREDIENTS:
1 onion
7 tbsp. of Greek yogurt
½ glass of water
1 garlic cloves
2 small cucumbers
EVOO Pago de Valdecuevas
Salt
PREP:
We should start peeling and chopping the onion and cucumber, once this is done, we crush it with the garlic clove. When it’s thoroughly crushed, we add it to a bowl.
Later we mince everything together adding a pinch of salt, EEVO Pago de Valdecuevas, water and mint.
To end we let stand about 5 hours in the fridge and it will be ready.
