1-2 cloves of garlic (depending if you want more intense flavor)
1000 gr of ripe tomatoes
salt
200 gr of bread crumbs previous day
30 g of vinegar

Elaboration:
In the glass of the Thermomix, place the garlic, tomato and salt, set it to 30 seconds, speed 5.
Add the bread and vinegar; crush 30 seconds at medium speed and then 2 minutes at maximum speed.
Crush on medium speed and go pouring AOVE Valdecuevas payment.
