Whole wheat macaroni + Coconut and red prawn sauce

INGREDIENTS:

For the sauce.

  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 9 red prawn heads and shells
  • 1/2 onion
  • Small spoon of Arbequina oil

For the garnish.

  • 6 grilled red prawns with grated lime and cilantro
  • Chopped basil
  • Pine nuts
  • Spring onion
  • Natural tomato and fresh cilantro From: Arbequina oil Pago de Valdecuevas.

PREPARATION:

STEP BY STEP: Step 1: Sauté the prawn heads with a little oil, a garlic and half an onion. When everything is sautéed, add the coconut milk, let it reduce and strain to remove the heads. Rectify the sauce with salt and reserve Step 2: Cook the macaroni and drain. Step 3: In a wok or pan, sauté the macaroni with the prawns and add the sauce.
