Whole wheat macaroni + Coconut and red prawn sauce
INGREDIENTS:
For the sauce.
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 9 red prawn heads and shells
- 1/2 onion
- Small spoon of Arbequina oil
For the garnish.
- 6 grilled red prawns with grated lime and cilantro
- Chopped basil
- Pine nuts
- Spring onion
- Natural tomato and fresh cilantro From: Arbequina oil Pago de Valdecuevas.
PREPARATION:
STEP BY STEP: Step 1: Sauté the prawn heads with a little oil, a garlic and half an onion. When everything is sautéed, add the coconut milk, let it reduce and strain to remove the heads.
