Gazpacho with EVOO Pago de Valdecuevas

INGREDIENTS:
1 Kg of mature tomatoes
1 cucumber
1 garlic cloves
1 green pepper
croutons
water
salt
EVOO Pago de Valdecuevas
paprika
PREP:
We slice the green pepper, the cucumber, the garlic clove and the tomatoes. Later we mix all with 250ml of EEVO Pago de Valdecuevas, salt, paprika and water into a container where we will mincer everything.
Once is all mixed, pour it out with a strainer to remove the big slices and put it into the fridge for about 2 hours.
Finally serve it in a bowl and spread some croutons atop and now… its ready to enjoy!
