style=\"--awb-text-color:#666666;\"><p><strong>M\u00e9todo:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 En una cazuela ancha y baja, verter el AOVE Pago de Valdecuevas,\u00a0 calentar, a\u00f1adir los ajos laminados y la guindilla, una vez que empiece a dorar retirar el ajo y la guindilla y dejar templar el aceite.<br \/>\n\u2022 Colocar en el aceite los callos de bacalao cortados en tiras de 1 cm de grosor.<br \/>\n\u2022 Poner al fuego suave sin que llegue a fre\u00edr, para que desprenda su gelatina.<br \/>\n\u2022 A mitad de cocci\u00f3n escurrir el aceite con el fin de enfriarlo.<br \/>\n\u2022 Con movimientos de vaiv\u00e9n ligar el aceite con la gelatina del bacalao, a\u00f1adir poco a poco AOVE Pago de Valdecuevas.<br \/>\n\u2022 A\u00f1adir unos dados de esp\u00e1rragos trigueros al final.<br \/>\n\u2022 Calentar para llevar a la mesa rectificando de sal si es necesario y a\u00f1adiendo un pu\u00f1adito del resto de cebollino.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Finalizaci\u00f3n y presentaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><br \/>\nCalentar ligeramente con cuidado de no cortar la ligaz\u00f3n y a\u00f1adir por encima el cebollino picado y unos brotes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aporte de Pago de Valdecuevas al plato:<\/strong><br \/>\nAct\u00faa como emulsionante del pil-pil y da notas frutales.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-image-element \"
