Cuando rompa a hervir, a\u00f1adir la harina de golpe y remover en\u00e9rgicamente con una esp\u00e1tula o cuchara de madera hasta conseguir una masa uniforme. Bajar un poco el fuego, y cocinar la masa unos dos minutos mas, hasta que se seque ligeramente (har\u00e1 un sonido crepitante), y se separe de las paredes y del fondo del cazo.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>Retirar del fuego, y pasar la masa al bol del robot de cocina. A velocidad media, batir con la pala mezcladora, hasta que la masa se enfr\u00ede a unos 40\u00ba C. Despu\u00e9s, incorporar poco a poco los huevos previamente batidos. Seguir trabajando la masa hasta que est\u00e9 lisa, homog\u00e9nea, y brillante.\u00a0<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>Introducir la masa Choux, en una manga pastelera con una la boquilla que deseemos (no muy peque\u00f1a). Dejar reposar en nevera unos 30 minutos mientras calentamos el horno a 180\u00ba C.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>Escudillamos la masa sobre un papel de horno en formato alargado o redondo (pod\u00e9is poner semillas adornando) y hornear unos 30 a 35 minutos, con calor arriba y abajo.
