1000 gr of ripe tomatoes<\/p>\n

salt<\/p>\n

200 gr of bread crumbs previous day<\/p>\n

30 g of vinegar<\/p>\n<\/div>

PREP:<\/h4><\/div>

Elaboration:<\/p>\n

In the glass of the Thermomix, place the garlic, tomato and salt, set it to 30 seconds, speed 5.<\/p>\n

Add the bread and vinegar; crush 30 seconds at medium speed and then 2 minutes at maximum speed.<\/p>\n
